Introduction:

Ingredients:

500 grams of ready-made lasagna sheets.
For the tomato sauce:

1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
For the bechamel sauce:
50 grams of butter.
50 grams of flour.
500 ml of milk.

For decoration:
200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions:
Prepare the tomato sauce:
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano, and tomato paste.
Cover the saucepan and leave the sauce on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the béchamel sauce:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flour and whisk until the mixture is golden brown.
Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
Add salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Assemble the lasagna:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
